MEET THE TEAM
WE ARE RHONDA & CARA AND THIS IS WHAT WE DO
At StillPoint Wholistic Therapy, we specialize in CranioSacral Therapy and Massage Therapy.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch therapy that supports the nervous system so that the body can self-correct and heal naturally. Because it is so gentle, it is effective at all stages of life.
We treat both individuals and families. Treatment may include supports for ADHD, autism, concussion symptoms, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and other mental & physical challenges. For more information on what to expect out of a CST treatment, and how long of an appointment you should book, visit our FAQ's
Our massage therapy treatments consist of the manual manipulation of your body’s soft tissues, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints to target and relieve tension and pain. Massage therapy benefits the whole person - mind, body, and spirit. Physically, we address restrictions and pain points, offer support in maintaining health, increasing mobility, increasing relaxation and preventing injury. There are many emotional and psychological benefits, encouraging relaxation and the reduction of stress and its impacts on the body. We cater our massage treatments to your needs, and while we offer specific types of massage such as relaxation, and therapeutic massage, our approach is to blend our techniques to fit your unique needs and treatment plan.
Rhonda Lynn - RMT, CranioSacral Therapy

Cara Ludwig - RMT, CranioSacral Therapy
StillPoint co-founder Cara Ludwig began exploring different healing modalities in 2014 as a way to support her health and wellness while navigating the stresses of a demanding career. She was deeply impacted and forever changed by her personal experience with CranioSacral Therapy, which she describes as having brought her back home to herself. This ignited a deep desire to support others in doing the same. After spending over a decade in the corporate world, Cara began her foundational training with the Upledger Institute in 2021, and graduated with distinction from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy’s 2200 hour Registered Massage Therapist program in January 2022. Since then, Cara has continued to deepen her skills to include SomatoEmotional Release and CranioSacral Therapy for Pediatrics.
Cara wholeheartedly feels that human touch is physically, emotionally, and spiritually healing, and believes in providing a safe, restorative, and empowering space for her clients. Using CranioSacral Therapy, she tailors treatment to the unique needs of the individual or family, providing them with a safe place to land wherever they may be on their healing journey.
StillPoint Wholistic is a safe and inclusive space, where you can feel reassured, comfortable and calm. Take a deep breath and relax. Our services are intended to help you find connection and healing, and our environment is one that welcomes you exactly as you are.
