As individuals and as practitioners, we believe that all individuals have a right to high quality, accessible health and wellness services. We offer services in CranioSacral Therapy, a light-touch therapy that supports the nervous system so that the body can self-correct and heal naturally. Because CranioSacral Therapy is so gentle, it is effective at all stages of life.
We treat both individuals and families (including newborns). Treatment may include supports for ADHD, autism, concussion symptoms, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and other mental & physical challenges. Our approach is to blend our techniques to fit your unique needs and treatment plan.

We respectfully acknowledge that we are situated in Treaty 6 territory, which was the traditional meeting place and home for many Indigenous peoples, including the Cree, Anishinabe, Blackfoot, Stoney Nakota, Dene, and Inuit peoples. I have had the pleasure of seeing Cara for both massage and Cranio. She always takes the utmost care in ensuring you're comfortable and explains what she will be doing before she starts treating you to ensure she can answer any questions or address concerns. I was skeptical about Cranio before my appointment but went in to my session with an open mind...am I glad I went. With the ever so light touches, she made me feel as if I had a body reset allowing me to breath deeply once again! I highly recommend StillPoint Wholistic Therapy and especially Cara; already looking forward to my next treatment!
